5 Eastie Alternatives to the Suburbs

Buying

While many buyers are leaving the city behind and looking to the suburbs for their first or next home purchase, the smartest buyers are taking this opportunity to get into the Boston real estate market at amazing prices with little competition. Inventory in the city is high and demand is low making this pretty much as close to a buyer's market as you can get in Boston real estate.

I work with buyers all over the city and surrounding area, however I specialize in the East Boston market as it's where I call home. Below are five East Boston alternatives to the suburban market. Big square footage, outdoor space (in some) and 3+ bedrooms with most at price points significantly below what you'll find for similarly sized properties in the suburbs right now. The one off is the 3 bed unit at The Mark (99 Sumner St). Throwing that one in there as it's an amazing trophy property in one of my favorite locations with amazing skyline views.

Take a look at the links below and shoot me a message if you're interested in seeing any of these suburb alternatives!
